Evaluate the quality of the data before establishing a partnership
Octopize's personal data anonymization solution made it possible to free up the sharing of data from the Brest University Hospital to the Roche laboratory. To allow the sharing of this sensitive data, Octopize transmitted a new set of synthetic and anonymous data generated from the original data. Roche was then able to assess the value of the CHU datasets thanks to the ability of the avatar method to maintain the properties stats of the original dataset as well as its variability without compromising the confidentiality of the patients behind the data.

→ The synthetic data generated can be used without modification in the same pipelines as the original data
In this diagram, the white areas represent missing data and each vertical bar represents a column in the data set.
This comparative graph illustrates that the synthetic data generated maintains the pattern of the missing data.
