Challenge

Top Turnover, which collaborates with clients such as Aymax, is committed to the forefront of innovation by collecting a multitude of HR data. To improve its services, it is imperative for TopTurnover to keep unlimited this management data and feed AI models with ethical integrity.

The aim? Feeding prediction models HR, while respecting the privacy of employees thanks to the synthetic and anonymous data generated by the avatar solution.

Solution

  • Octopize's personal data anonymization solution unleashed the potential of Top Turnover's HR data.
  • To enable the constitution of a database as well as the training of their predictive model, Octopize generated synthetic and anonymous data based on original HR data. Thus, Top Turnover was able to constitute a platform based on anonymous, relevant and secure data (not subject to legal retention periods).
  • It will also allow data scientists to optimize the model using multi-sector HR data.
  • Octopize has demonstrated the ability of the avatar method to preserve statistical properties of the original dataset as well as its variability while guaranteeing the confidentiality individuals.
